Anarchist is a Chicago-based software startup building a virtual reality operating system and developer toolkit. Smart phones have become ubiquitous, driving down prices of high resolution mobile displays and sensors. These technologies have finally enabled manufacturers to create immersive virtual reality headsets for the first time, like the Oculus Rift.
