Bolstr is a marketplace where accredited investors can invest in emerging consumer, retail, and manufacturing businesses that they can fundamentally understand - think coffee roasters, craft gin distilleries, or other maker businesses. The minimum investment is as low as $1,000, allowing investors to easily establish a diverse portfolio of businesses that have a track record of revenue and profitability. Through our revenue share investment structure, businesses on Bolstr can access $25,000 - $250,000 to invest in growth, retain 100% of their equity, and make payouts to investors that are flexible since they are sized proportionally to their revenue. Investors then receive revenue-based payouts until they make a multiple back on their investment. Since payouts occur monthly, investors start seeing their funds back within 30 days of the original investment, and are able to earn high yield returns over a typical timeframe of 12 – 36 months.
