Our patent pending Competition Based Hiring (‘CBH’) method is an online platform that enables employers to collect and share job specific work samples and short videos from existing job applicants showcasing critical skills and abilities during the pre-interview selection process. CareerStarter allows companies to go beyond the resume to gather dynamic information regarding each candidate. We work with companies to create unique, customized challenges. Those challenges allow a company to efficiently seek out applicants with relevant skills, experience, and/or cultural fit. The competitions are job, company, and industry-specific, and empower employers to screen their applicant pool using the factors they deem most important.
