Ideafeed

Ideafeed is created on the basis that everyone in a team should have the opportunity to contribute an impactful idea. There are many different personalities in the workplace or in organizations and we allow for everyone to have an equal say in what is good and bad in idea generation and problem solving. We utilize an innovative web application with an approach that allows for a problem to be posted and shared, than the team members all anonymously post their creative solutions and upvote/downvote based on what they think is best, leaving the team with a live feed of exactly what the members want to see tested/utilized. This provides an outlet for creativity to be expressed, and it also takes away the psychological affect of having a name to an idea. Creating a more engaged team and more efficient problem solving process.
