We want to change that. mdleaf is the simplest way for medical practices to collect patient information and verify insurance eligibility before an office visit, and for patients to check-in and easily fill out forms. We want to see mdleaf becomes a single check-in service where patients can reuse their data to check-in at different practices, pay their bills and manage their communication with healthcare providers.
