Red Meat Market Inc. (also “RMM”) is a niche marketer of locally-produced natural, antibiotic free meat (“ABF”) products (beef, pork and poultry) addressing the growing demand for “better” meat. The Company has established the Red Meat Market® brand as a provider of high-quality sausages, burgers and other value-added meat products. The Company has entered the “HRI” (Hospitality, Restaurant, Institutional) Wholesale markets, a business with relatively low barriers to entry where price is the controlling factor. Red Meat Market® branded products are being introduced to grocery and other mass market retailers which carry significantly greater profit. A third channel complementing brand growth will be the opening of a Company-owned flagship Retail Store.
