Reliefwatch is an inventory management platform targeted at multinational non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating health clinics in developing countries. Reliefwatch allows workers in these health clinics to digitize and manage inventory records via both computer and basic mobile phone technologies. The digitized records are then integrated into a cloud database from which central medical distributors can then easily and effectively monitor supplies across multiple health clinics and warehouses, estimating when they need new shipments to avoid stock outs. In addition, Reliefwatch aggregates data across health clinics and even regional branches to provide a holistic overview of the entire organization’s key metrics, including total drugs distributed, number of patients served, and disease cases.
