SnagPad provides a job search process for job seekers and tracking visibility to the stakeholders who support them. Job seekers: follow a research proven process, gain CRM functionality to stay organized, efficiently integrate their social network, while the system serves as a virtual job coach that leads to employment. Customers gain a tool to effectively manage the job search process by gaining visibility to their client’s 'Pad' to provide support that hastens and improves placement results. Where we are going is best described: SnagPad will be the leader in real time, localized labor data. We are the first to gather job seeker and employer activity as it happens. The analogy I can equate my vision to is what Monsanto saw in the data play with the Climate Corporation. Look it up.
