We began as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 2008 in Cincinnati, Ohio and have evolved into a for-profit socially responsible online investment community based in Chicago, Illinois. Our pioneering borrower resolution strategies create the opportunities for gains. It’s a win-win-win-win-win for investors, families, communities, AHP and the banks that sell us mortgages at significant discounts. Although these lenders may take the financial losses which make AHP's model viable, they benefit by disposing of their problem assets.
