Turfmapp

Imagine trying to find a place to play pickup soccer with some friends. You may know a few spots around town but you have no idea if they are available or booked. If you happen to find a game, there are possible issues such as team rotations and the competitiveness. How do you get everyone to want to come out when it’s so difficult to get a good game going? Our mission is to create something that would let you play and enjoy the game anytime, anywhere. We aim to do this by making the pre-game, in-game, and post-game activities more easy to manage for pickup soccer. To start out, Turfmapp is trying to save everyone's time by providing information for all soccer fields (we call these “turfs”) near you. You can always check for turf availabilities and see how much interest there is for each timeslot. Facilities can manage their information and schedules in our platform. For those that aren’t in the system yet, our crowdsourcing tools help fill in the gaps.
