Private equity has traditionally been a very exclusive asset class, with a vast majority of funding coming from institutional investors and ultra-wealthy individual investors. For the bottom 75% of Accredited Investors, a $500,000 check is simply too much to invest in an individual fund. We allow investors to invest in high-performing private equity funds alongside of institutional and family office capital at a fraction of the traditional buy-in. On the other side of the equation, middle market private equity firms are raising capital in a constrained fundraising environment. Uncover Capital opens the door to a completely unpenetrated and neglected demographic. Our platform has already attracted significant fund-side interest. Uncover Capital seeks to break the mold and disrupt an incredibly dated fundraising model. We want all Accredited Investors to be able to invest in this asset class, not just the top-tier.
